* - New residents have 30 days after establishing permanent residency to change
their out-of-state drivers license to a valid Tennessee License.
- If you have
a valid license from another state, only a vision test is required.
- All applicants
must also have verification of their social security number and proof of residency.
** - New residents must obtain Tennessee license plates for their motor vehicles
within 30 days of establishing residency.
- To purchase a license plate, a Tennessee
title must be obtained. Both may be purchased at the two offices of the County
Clerk.
It is advisable to call ahead to secure the proper information on what
papers to bring.
***- Brush and junk collection schedule: Place brush and junk at street side
on the 21st day of each month.
- Please stay within this time frame to avoid
any codes violation.
